Assist in the planning and execution of technical deployment of product to four sites. Assist in the process of building IDBS BioBook user templates working in conjunction with domain experts. Develop and document best practices resulting from the initial deployments in conjunction with internal team members. Skills: Strong skills in object oriented software design and development, design pattern/framework and n tier architecture with at least 8 or more years experience Advanced expertise in Java with at 6 or more years of client development experience. Experience working with Eclipse Plug-in development, including user interfaces created with Swing/AWT or SWT and experience with web service integration using XFire/CXF or similar Strong skills in creating and deploying Java-based web services. Working knowledge of agile software engineering practices, software development life cycles and configuration management.
