Will be able to work something out for 75% onsite and the rest they can work remote* | SAP HCM Techno-Functional (ESS, MSS & Adobe Forms), Workflows, ABAP| needs one consultant during Design (2 weeks at beginning of June) and throughout Realization (July – Dec) to assist with design, development, testing, and implementation preparation| The consultant should be| - Very knowledgeable on the HCMPF framework, configuration, and Adobe Forms. - Able to assist with Workflow changes. - Able to provide “on-the-job” training to the client team on the use of the HCMPF framework *Consultant Roles and Responsibilities:* - Assist in the design and development of technical specifications - Participate in such activities as design reviews, problem solving, gap and configuration resolutions - Provide expertise on the development of the forms and workflows using the HCMPF framework. - Provide on-the-job training as needed for the project team members on the use of the HCMPF framework - Provide guidance in best practices when developing the HCMPF forms - Monitor and escalate issues to Project Manager - Provide knowledge transfer in support of rollout strategies, configuration, and ABAP/WebDynpro - Provide knowledge transfer in support of change management plans and strategies relating to HCMPF - Assist with providing updates for the project plan approved by the Project Managers (results, status, issues, etc) via regularly scheduled status meetings (minimum weekly) | Project Objective - Our client wants to utilize HCMPF to develop Adobe Interactive Forms to input changes to employee data and utilize appropriate workflows for notification and approvals. This technology will help improve efficiency, reduce errors, and increase timeliness of all employee changes. It will | also eliminate a Personnel Action Form (PAF) database that is currently | utilized to track employee changes. - Phase 1 consists of approximately 12 forms including new hire, rehire, termination, and transfer - The client's go-live date is set for February 2010. * Scope of Work: Functional Capabilities* - The client desires to implement the following forms: - New Hire - Rehire Transfer - Termination - Pay Change - Family Status Change (may not be needed. Use HRSC) - Position/Pay Change - Special Payment - Change of Address (may not be needed. Use ESS) - Change of Name (may not be needed.
