Understand To-be processes vision, business capabilities, and processes Prepare Functional Requirement Document Conduct gap/fit analysis Prepare analysis document Prepare Mock-up Screens based on Requirements gathering from the business. Should be very strong CRM knowledge (Sales, Marketing, Case Management & XRM) Transfer knowledge to the dev and Test team Document and present results of analysis phase Should able to work as Onsite/Offshore coordinator Having Program Manager back ground will be a big Plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. The ability to work effectively in a loosely structured team environment that demands a high degree of cooperation, flexibility, teaming, cross group and real-time responsiveness. Strong understanding of the SDLC process with good Analytical and problem solving abilities.
