Surely there's some decent value in the list so people who want to keep
up to date on new positions can just subscribe and have them turn up?
If the list can only be posted to by certain addresses, so doesn't get
loads of spam, and mails from jobs.perl.org are generated when posts
are approved, it would be useful and spam-free, no?
