I've got 4 projects ramping up over the next 30 days where we'll be doing quite a bit of web/CMS/business rules development and are using LAMP, and primarly Joomla for the projects. If you don't have Joomla experience, no worries. Remote work is fine for developers, but I need an onsite Tech PM to help me run one or two of the projects. If you know anyone, I'll kick you a referral bonus if they are hired.
Here' s the basics: Tech PM: -Solid client Management Skills -Experience interfacing and managing Development teams, and reviewing their progress -Good system design/analysis skills, the specs and wireframes are done, we just need execution management help -Some PHP skills, but you'll have programmers to do most of the heavy lifting for you. LAMP developer: -2-5 years experience with LAMP -MySQL familiarity -Disciplined and can follow instructions -Looking for an exciting small company atmosphere. Please send rate and availability.
