We currently have openings in our New York office for experienced
PHP/MySQL developers.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with web
related programming and/or development experience. Most of our larger
sites use the Drupal framework, so knowledge of Drupal is a big plus
however not required. Additional programming experience (Perl, ASP.net,
Java, C++, ASP etc.) is helpful. Experience working with XHTML, HTML,
JavaScript and CSS is a must.
The position is full-time with healthcare benefits, vacation time and a
retirement plan. All of our developers have high-end Windows, Linux or
Mac workstations with dual monitor setup.
Desired skills:
* PHP and MySQL experience required (preferably PHP 5 and MySQL 5)
* Working knowledge and experience with Drupal strongly preferred
(interest and ability to learn Drupal API and participate in the Drupal
community required)
* Unix/Linux, Apache, server administration knowledge a plus
* Knowledge of AJAX, JavaScript, XML a plus
* Experience creating client documentation (requirements, scope of work,
etc.)
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
* Client relations skills
