applying it to the real world of web based commerce including e-commerce, 
POS and inventory, merchandise and order management.  Your contributions
will be direct involvement in the continued buildout of this premier 
application and will gain real experience in comprehensive retail management
for the high powered retailers of today and tomorrow.

Description of position: 

The majority of your time will be spent building and maintaining our core
application enabling greater market penetration domestic and abroad.  This 
includes participation in requirements analysis, design development, code
development and test case assistance.
 
Required attributes:

The following skills are REQUIRED: 
 
1. Minimum of 2-3 solid years building complete applications in
PHP/MYSQL or similar web based development environment (JSP/ASP). 
2. Proficiency in HTML, Javascript, CSS 
3. Minimum 1-2 years of SQL experience with large applications
 
The following skills are DESIRED: 
 
1. BS in Computer Science or related field 
2. Experience with e-commerce and general retail management systems
