The Freelancers Union is looking for more than just a system administrator.
So, here’s the deal. Have experience in the following technologies:
· Open source apps (nagios, apache, php, pgsql, amanda, etc.)
· Kernels, Linux (Debian/Gentoo/rhl), Unix, clustering
· Virtualization (VMware), backup, recovery, load balancing
· SAN, Cisco pix's and routers, telephony, security (Cisco)
· Multi WANS, DNS and other important technologies.
These are the core skill sets that we require, but the job will expose
you to lots of other technologies and experiences.
Take ownership of your projects and provide recommendations on approach
and strategies for best results.
Work in an open, fun, and entrepreneurial environment and explore new
ideas.
