Freelance Web Developer Needed NY Silver Communications, a successful branding and design New York agency with a financial industry client base, is looking for a short-term to long-term freelance Web Developer. A successful candidate for this position is an exceptionally well-organized self-starter who has a strong sense of responsibility and works well as part of a team. You would be involved in a number of various projects helping our clients strengthen their web presence.
Skills - Minimum 4-5 years experience in web development, preferably for institutional clients, professional community sites, and e-commerce products. - Significant track record in transforming design mock-ups into highly usable HTML/CSS/JavaScript/DHTML/PHP/ASP websites. - Expertise in producing W3 compliant, cross-platform and cross-browser compatible code. - Experience developing interfaces intended for high-traffic online destinations with users of a variety of skills and levels. - User Interface/User Interaction expertise. - Ability to integrate HTML/CSS front ends with backend systems. - Working knowledge of common CMS - Understanding of design basics and principles. - Meticulous attention to detail.
