Needs
Minimum 6 years web development experience.
Minimum 4 years PHP development experience.
Extensive SQL (MySQL) knowledge.
Experience with revision control systems: SVN, SVK or Git.
Data Modeling experience.
E-commerce experience.
Experience working in a TDD environment.
Experience working with unit testing (SimpleTest).
Experience with an ORM (Doctrine).
Wants
Can code without depending on an IDE.

Experience developing high-traffic sites.
Advanced Bash or other scripting skills.
