The Noo Group Ltd. (www.noo.com), is seeking a bright developer to
start immediately. We are in need of a talented PHP developer who can
jump on board ASAP and be able to work in a contract position for 6-8
weeks to complete the upgrade of the company's ticketing and
advertising system. Huge opportunity to be part of a growing startup
and receive an equity stake after contract period. We're in a critical
situation with one of our developers unable to work due to personal
reasons and if you can be a saving angel you will DEFINITELY be
rewarded.
You will be expected to hit the ground running and deliver on critical
deadlines coming up. We are a new years business and MUST get new
product features up by early December. You should be enthusiastic
about your work, practical about solutions, open to new concepts,
independent but take direction well, and able to work extremely well
under pressure. You'll be reporting to and working directly with the
CTO.
You should have...
...practical experience with:
* coding in PHP5
* building a database from SQL
* integrating HTML templates into a web framework
...demonstrated understanding of:
* development environments
* versioning systems
* web frameworks, (perferably Zend and Symfony)
...optional knowledge of or interest in:
* development methodologies
* system administration on linux
* Bug tracking systems
Compensation
Contract/hourly + potential for equity after contract term.
