We are currently looking for a full-time programmer with expertise in PHP & SQL (MySQL & MSSQL) to join our team. Additional qualifications include experience with JavaScript & CSS. The majority of our applications now run on Linux systems with MySQL DBs. Candidate will be part of a small team of programmers working on web based logistics software. We are a results oriented company and as such the candidate must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities • Design and development of cutting edge web apps used to support our transportation industry services • Troubleshoot and maintain existing code base • Participate in the overall design and direction of our applications development Requirements: • Expertise in PHP & SQL • Experience with AJAX a plus • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills • Desire to take initiative & be a self-starter Additional Info • Understanding of Web 2.0 concepts, dynamic user interfaces - AJAX • Experience with large databases/commercial web sites • Understands the fundamental concepts of OOP and MVC About Ultra Logistics: Ultra Logistics is a national 3rd party logistics provider that is looking for a qualified individual to become part of our IT team in our northern New Jersey headquarters.
