Must haves: . Unix proficiency . MUST have large scale web application development experience! . Strong understanding of object oriented design & programming . Unix / Linux proficiency . Strong experience working with and writing complex, optimized SQL including stored procedures, functions and triggers. . Experience with writing web services such as REST, SOAP, SAML . Experience writing software that reads, writes, and manipulates XML . Expert knowledge of PHP . Working knowledge of CSS and semantic HTML .
