Role & Responsibilities: *Work with our design and development team to integrate design templates and translate design to live sites *Lead the development, testing and review processes for front-end web projects *Convert PSDs, INDD and AI designs to beautiful landing pages, product pages, etc. *Code primarily in HTML, Javascript and CSS *Create and maintain common code libraries of JavaScript and CSS Requirements: *Strong attention to detail and an eye for design *You are incredibly focused on minor details, especially when it involves just a few pixels *E-commerce or exceptional and relevant experience coding HTML/CSS in a consumer facing web environment *Knowledge of standards and best practice design patterns for JS/CSS/HTML design and implementation, including cross browser compatible development techniques *Knowledge of JavaScript, popular frameworks and AJAX best practices *You have built some impressive, non-trivial web applications site interfaces by hand. *Can translate good design to web work *You have experience with Photoshop (optimizing image sizes and slicing images) *Ability to coordinate among multiple teams and communicate effectively to both technical (development team) and non-technical (project management) teams.
