JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International’s client - a growing FIRE & SAFETY
Equipment national company, offering fire safety equipment and solutions with
products ranging from fire extinguishers, fire blankets, hydrants and hoses,
fire suppression systems, etc - is currently seeking for the following
positions:
SALES MANAGERS (2)
Based in Jakarta or Balikpapan
Reporting directly to the Managing Director
Responsible for managing several sales executives on farming, maintaining and
nurturing key accounts from all types of businesses, mainly OIL & GAS, mining
and highrise Buildings. The sales managers will also need to use their skills
to generate new business by searching for positive referrals and occasionally
cold calling and on the road visiting new potential clients.
The successful candidates selected for this role will ideally have experience
in the sales of fire safety equipment, however having experience selling other
products into the aforementioned markets and dealing with tenders & RFQ could
also see you at the head of the pack. All and all, we are seeking an
exceptional sales manager that enjoys working autonomously and is a hard
worker, as well as managing a team. Having the ability to know where best to
spend their time to achieve the best result will account for success in this
role.
