I added a PersistentInterval to trunk/JodaTimeContrib/hibernate. It allows you
to map an Interval to two columns in a database table. For example:
class Foo {
private Interval barInterval;
...
}
might map to
table FOO with columns start_date and end_date.
It also allows you to issue queries of the form:
"from Foo where :aDate is between barInterval.start and barInterval.end"
I have tested this with the native and JPA dialects of Hibernate 3.2.1.
