Hello,

I am using joda-time-2.0, joda-hibernate-1.2, Hibernate-3.0. My server
application is running in time zone “Europe/Berlin”.

When I try to persist “2011-03-27 02:15:00.000” (Which does not exist in
Europe/Berlin time zone) coming from client which is in time zone “GMT”,
I get following exception: “Illegal instant due to time zone offset
transition: 2011-03-27T01:15:00.000”.

I am using “PersistentLocalDateTime” in my hibernate mappings.

I have to persist the “2011-03-27 02:15:00.000” as it is.

Is there any suggestion or solution of this problem?

Thanks,

Imtiaz Haider Butt.
