As I asked in
stackoveflow<http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12197346/joda-time-new-datetimestring-vs-datetime-parsestring>,
I wanted to know which was a better way to construct a DateTime from a XML
xs:dateTime format.
Sergiu Dumitriu <http://stackoverflow.com/users/620249/sergiu-dumitriu>
replyed <http://stackoverflow.com/a/12203707/1099452> that new
DateTime(Object)<http://joda-time.sourceforge.net/apidocs/org/joda/time/DateTime.html#DateTime%28java.lang.Object%29>,
using String as argument, is buggy, because doesn't parse the timezone.
Is that a design decition or a bug?
Thanks,
