Hi all,
I and 2 other people get the following error from maven:

on Invalid last modified value. Retry attempt 1 started

on Invalid last modified value. Retry attempt 2 started
Connection to
http://central.maven.org/maven2/joda-time/joda-time/maven-metadata.xml failed
on Invalid last modified value. Retry attempt 3 started
ERROR [0126] : No suitable provider for component joda-time:osgi.bundle was
found in resourceMap

Is there a bug in the published xml?
