The film, seen recently showed the development and rise of Cobra, their most formidible nemesis. Joe has access to the most modern and best of technology and elite millitary units. Joe is multinational and above the concept of nations, we see them at war with Cobra. The storyline is kinda suited for 12 year old minds, I must say however, cgi is well used. The film has little other depth to it and honestly descends into adolescense entertainment.
