Programmer

Position: Java Junior Developer/J2SE Developer
Job Description:
- Develop multi-platform, multi-tier application based on J2SE
technology and part of J2EE technology such as Servlet.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Computers Science or other Engineering
fields
- Fresh graduate, less than 2 years work experience.
- Knowledge in J2SE technology, threading concept, HTML, and XML.
- Familiarity with one of these development tools (or similar) :
NetBeans, Eclipse, JDeveloper, IntelliJ, etc.
- Familiarity with source control application such as CVS, VSS, Clearcase.
- Ability to work in team
Responsibilities:
- Create J2SE applications
- Deploy servlet on servlet container such as Tomcat.
- Maintain application security, integrity and availability.
- Translate disain requirement into coding.
- Complete project tasks within predefined timeframe.


Position: Java Senior Developer/J2EE Developer
Job Description:
- Develop multi-platform, multi-tier application based on J2EE
technology and deploy the application on popular J2EE container
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Computers Science or other Engineering
fields
- Minimum 3 years work experience.
- Familiarity with one of these development tools (or similar) :
NetBeans, Eclipse, JDeveloper, IntelliJ, etc.
- Familiarity with source control application such as CVS, VSS, Clearcase.
- Familiarity with several tools such as JMeter, Ant, Bugzilla, etc.
- Sound knowledge in J2EE technology, threading concept, ApacheStruts,
HTML, XML and JMS.
- Familiarity in either Oracle AS, JBoss, BEA Weblogic or IBM Websphere.
- Sound knowledge in best practice design patterns and J2EE coding
standards.
- Familiarity with SQL statements
- Ability to map user requirements to application design specifications
- Ability to work in team

Position: System Analyst
Job Description:
- Performing analysis to define functional requirements, documenting
technical and functional requirements, assisting system architect in
defining unit and system test cases and reporting on status updates.
Organisation and supervision of the development of all or part of an
IT application. Has software developers reporting. Report to Project
Manager or System Architect or IT Manager. Analysis, specification,
testing and implementation of IT applications. Usually has experience
as software developer.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Computers Science or other
Engineering fields
- Minimum 5 years job experience.
- Hands-on experience in software development tasks.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the industries.
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of SDLC.
Responsibilities:
- Assists current or potential application users in identifying and
describing problems or opportunities that might be addressed either:
    -- by implementing a new (automated or manual) system, or
    -- by changing an existing application system
- Investigates such problems and opportunities to determine the
feasibility of a system solution and to identify the general kinds of
system solution that appear appropriate
- Analyzes users' business requirements in detail and, where
appropriate, prepares functional specifications for a proposed new (or
changed) system
- Assists and guides prospective users of a proposed new or changed
system in:
    -- quantifying the benefits of having the system (or the penalties
for not having it), and
    -- assessing the impact of the system on their organization and on
the operation of their business
- Assists the project manager in identifying the skills and resources
needed to implement a new system or to modify an existing system
- Designs and develops users' manuals and corresponding training
programs for a system being developed.
- Prepares, in consultation with users, implementers, and operations
representatives, the acceptance (or parallel) test plan for any new or
changed system.
- Assists the users in preparing for the installation and start-up of
any new system being implemented.
