Mungkin anda pernah install aplikasi yang versinya lebih tinggi dari yang ada di DVD, jadinya semua dependency minta di update, solusinya mungkin harus downgrade paket atau upgrade paket yg bermasalah.
coba cek dengan edit -> "fix broken packages" di synaptic.
