Hello Faisal Do you have a router on the site where the Ubuntu machine is located? if yes then you have to make a port forwarding with the needed port (which is 22 in your case) to the IP address of the Ubuntu machine. this is called Static NAT when you do so, and to access the Ubuntu machine from outside the network, you can initiate a SSH session using the public IP of the network which is the Ubuntu machine is behind.
