Hello Abdullah, how are you? and how is everybody, at first what I suggested in the
previous message can't be accomplished by one brain neither two or three, it needs
all of the lug to participate in. I don't want to talk as a talkative person or a
one who want just to talk, but what I hope that we can make something different. I
said :"I suggest that we need
to specify our aims", why not to say "Linux for each person in Jordan", or " to build an opensource software that
help us as an arabean programmers", we need to be " a successfull lug, scientifically and socially" or also "we
want the lug to live for 20 years from now or more", "we need to share in putting standards not just follow standards",
many ideas but we need to achieve one at least
also I said: "to specify the mission statement for
the JoLug", currently there are members in the Lug that if they leave it the
lug will fail, I respect them very much and I hope they still in the lug in the
future, but Life responsibilities will make them far by the time, so we need to
specify a statement for the lug that maintain its existence at least, and let it
stable in order to achievs the aims of the lug, that statement must be build over
one or two principles and every guy in the lug work through it so we can be one of
the successfull lugs in the world , we can If we struggle, I can't specify that
statement alone, I hope to make a session for that
finally we are making a voluntary job, even if we are making small thing at
least we are doing something beauty and achieve rightness

Yup. That is so true.
I do enjoy the small gathering we are getting much more than the big ones too.
But,
we have to get some LUG business done too. We have to figure out how to
get things done. I suggest that we move JOLUG business here to the
list.
Also, we need to have a structure of some sort. A steering committee or something. Think it over some more.
Your thoughts?
