Hello everybody, Here a request for Mission Statement, we need to specify a mission statement for the Lug, it should be based on principles. Principles ever never failed, so if we are working according to natural principles achieve rightness we will ever never failed. Here we suggest a mission statement that each of us can believe in when thinking toword the lug. 1. We must believe in the lug as a long run investment - (will be discussed below). 2. When we share knowlege, each of us will increase his production capacity. 3. We must believe that there is not competetion between us in the lug, we are one hand, one body. 4. We must think for any action we want to do, how could it help the Lug to success. 5. Each of us has a successful story so we need to make the lug a successful story. 6. As individual, do not wait another one to say what you want to say, be proactive. 7. When we build a network between us full of contribution and charity we are on the right way. Point one says, We must believe in the lug as a long run investment, YES OFCOURSE it is a long run investment, how!? ok..... a) knowledge sharing reach with us to wisdom. b)contribution and endless help will grow up with each one to be a pioneer in his carreer. c) Good relationships between us is the big investment. So Please, don't think for a while that you are wasting your time in the lug, long run investment need patience and wisdome , do not look for the fruit before seeding be proactive , be leader, be manager, and believe that you are on the right way You are the programmer of the JoLUG You who responsible to write the code of the lug You who responsible to run it Please everybody, we need your feedback, modifications, disagreament , agreament, removing that statement anything but send a comment, and once we have a fixed mission statement we can see the road, we can specify our aims according it.
