thanks alot khamis, there are no command in windows called (fdisk
/mbr). it used to be before. now you need to get it from an external
source.
but i found the way and tried it and it worked, here it is in case
anyone needed it in the future:
1.Boot from Windows XP CD
2.When you are first prompted to enter your option, Press R (Repair)
3.Type the following Commands
a.FIXBOOT C:
b.FIXMBR
c.BOOTCFG /rebuild
You'll be prompted for some options, fill them.
4.Restart the computer
5.Now you will notice that there are two operating systems showed in
the list, one of them is the name you entered in option (3. c.) and
the other is the default (Microsoft Windows XP Professional). Choose
the one you made in option (3. c.).
6.Now from windows Right click on my computer-> Advanced -> Startup
and recovery -> Settings -> and uncheck the option Time to display
list of operating systems or set the value to 0.
And you're done

Then to format the partition that has linux from Partition Manager in
Windows too.
