Let it be on Thursday at 7 PM, ITU can host in one of our labs up to 25 person.

As for what you can do to help please go over the list of tasks and
let us know which tasks or sub-tasks you can take on.
One last note : in the spirit of floss there is no single exclusive
task. if any one feels the ability of doing something, do it!. just
let us know,
