I would like to participate with couple of points in mind: - Having the event on Saturday (11AM - 7PM) would be better than Friday (9AM - 4PM). - Making A3 posters and publishing it in popular/active points will be very useful and attract more people to attend. - Announcing the event inside universities is a must. - Making the poster in Arabic is preferable. I'll arrive Jordan on the 28th.
