a) You can go to a net-cafe, google what you need, download the .deb
packages and take them home.

b) You can tell us what software you need, somebody can download the
packages for you, and then you can meet up to burn them to a CD.

I recommend going with (a), because you might run into version issues,
specially that you can't update your synaptic packages and all.
