you'll need to set JONAS_ROOT to the root of the jonas directory,
in NT you can do this best by going to My Computer, right click to
properties, and in the ENVIRONMENT tab, set as a system property
the name/value pair
JONAS_ROOT
<path to jonas root>
This may b a little wrong, I don't have access to an NT box, but
autoexec.bat doesn't really get used for environment variables in NT
that much any more.
