My solution:
        It turns out that it was a CLASSPATH problem.  JRun sets its own
CLASSPATH in a properties file.  I knew this and I thought I had it
covered.  I ended up doing 'echo $CLASSPATH' and pasted the whole thing
into the properties file.

It worked.
