javax.ejb.EJBException support

Hi!
When I run CheckEJB over a bean that throws javax.ejb.EJBException in the
Bean class (as prescribed in the 1.1 spec). I get a error stating that the
throws clauses should be the same as the Remote interface (which is wrong
according to the spec).
