Chris, thanks for your fair contribution (to be fair comparaisons must
be done with the same architecture in terms of  distribution and virtual
machines (local and remote calls).
I was not expecting so good results, as JOnAS is not still fully
optimized.
Another item where I think JOnAS  must already have good results is in
the case of distributed transactions.

One of the main problem is RMI. The use of Jeremie already drastically
improve local calls, but remote call are not still optimized. We expect
a version with remote call optimization for end of March.

The integration of Jonas and Enhydra will also bring the possibility  to
run web container and ejb containers in the same Virtual Machine.
