A few questions ...

does the servlet work without any of the ejb code? that is, do you
have a bog standard "Hello, world." servlet running?

If you comment this out, and use the full package name of the
servlet, which I think is "com.ejbtest.EjbClient" in your url
does that give the error.

The repositories line seems to be okay, something else that
I have which I can't see in your setup are the lines, in jserv.properties

wrapper.bin.parameters=-Djava.naming.factory.initial=com.sun.jndi.rmi.registry.RegistryContextFactory
        wrapper.bin.parameters=-Djava.naming.provider.url=rmi://localhost:1099/

which tells the client which naming system, and where the ejb server is,
but it looks like you're not getting even there yet.

With getting the ejb server to load the .ser for the jar file, you need
to specify the jar file in your jonas.properties for your bean descriptors.
