Hi Paolo,
When the JOnAS EJBServer starts it creates a container in which it
will load all the EJB described in the ejb-jar (or .xml) file(s) 
whose name is specified in the jonas.beans.descriptors of the
jonas.properties
file.
Then you can create other containers via the JonasAdmin tool
JonasAdmin -a <filename>
where filename should be the name of a .xml file or ejb-jar file. 
JonasAdmin can be used also to remove a container
(see http://www.objectweb.org/jonas/doc/Admin.html)
For the moment all created containers are configured the same.
In the future the idea is to allow different configuration
for each container.
