Entity bean - access to file

Hi, How do I work with Entity bean (Bean management) wich access  file (Read/write from file) instead of Data Base. Do I have to define PK, if yes how I define? Does the file has to be written in a unique way? Does the file has to include spesific things?  Is there any priority to Bean working with file instead of a simple class reading from file? An written example can be very helpful. Thanks Noga.
