Your post is unreadable. Please use normal text format mail.
In your jndi.properties, you have to comment lines you don't use (RMI or
JEREMIE).
In your jonas properties, serialized bean descriptors (.ser) are no more used.
All you need is standard deployment xml file (ejb-jar.xml for example).
And better than modify original files, use a local jonas.properties file
overiding needed properties (beans descriptors and datasources).
