As somebody who has suffered from this one, and posted a couple of days ago
on it... really really REALLY check your classpath. There was a little
mistake (a missing backslash) in one part of my classpath which somebody
kindly pointed out to me and which was preventing it from working. Mail me
your classpath if you need a second pair of eyes on it.
