Hot deployment, or re-deployment, of beans?

During development, I'd like to make changes to my beans, add new methods to the remote and/or home interfaces, etc., without taking down JOnAS.   Is this possible (to get JOnAS to reload and reinitialize beans)   Thanks, Bryan
