I am very sorry about this.
I managed to go through some thread and got some hints from there to solve
my problem.
I guess putting the $JONAS_ROOT in the classpath solved the problem but this
is not included in the config.env.
Maybe it should added in by default in the next release. There should be an
environment there for users to change it to the installed directory.
