Dear Murugan,
I think there are two problems involved:
1. check if the class com.mydata.qas.JOnASqasHome_Stub.class is in the
CLASSPATH of the RMIRegistry and
2. change the deployment descriptor. The home, remote and ejb-class
entries should contain the full classname, so write
<remote>com.mydata.qas.QAS</remote> instead of <remote>qas.QAS</remote>
