GenIC 2.2.4

I have a problem with JOnAS 2.2.4: I want one EB field not to be persistens at all, so 
I removed it from ejb-jar.xml (I
erased the complete section for that field). Now GenIC tells me that the markup before 
the start of the root element has to
be well formed. Well, since I did not change anything before the root of the element, 
the whole document IS well formed... If
I redo my action and add the CMP section for that field, GenIC does not complain. So 
it seems to be a bug in GenIC.
