yes, ejbLoad and ejbStore are also called for CMP EB.
This is conform to the EJB spec. It is generally used for
"calculated" field, e.g. in ejbLoad (called after the data has been
retrieved from the persistent store) you will calculate the value
of a field from the values of the CMP fields. ejbStore is
called just before the data is stored in the persistent store.
So I think it should be possible to merge CMP and BMP
in the same EB ? ... never tried, may be I miss something ...
