Following the messages about development of JORM framework and looking at the final draft of EJB 2.0 specification I have couple of questions about your future plans. Is there a relationship about JORM and EJB dependant objects and EJB QL proposed by EJB 2.0 for EJB using CMP? Do you have a feeling about timeframe in which Jonas will support the CMP feautures described in EJB 2.0 draft (of course after completion)? I know that these questions might be little far fetched but I would appreciate any answer which can help us with planning of future development for our product. Thanks for all your hard work and a great product, Miroslav Halas Software Architect Compuware Corp. 15305 Dallas Parkway Suite 900 Addison, TX 75001 phone: 9720-960-0960 fax: 972-960-8489 email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -----Original Message----- From: Philippe Durieux [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Monday, January 22, 2001 9:45 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: jonas-2-2-5 available Hi everybody, A new jonas-2-2-5 version has just been released. It is available thru CVS with tag jonas-2-2-5. A binary version and a source version will be available in a couple of days on objectweb.org as usual. We highly recommand Jeremie users to upgrade with this release because it fixes an important bug about transactional context propagation, with Jeremie ORB only. This bug was the cause of error messages like: "Bad Status=COMMITTED" "Cannot enlist XAResource (XA START: mixed transactions)" or caused the EJBServer to hang randomly. It is now possible to pick a port number on which remote objects receive calls by a new property: jonas.orb.port If port is zero (default value), an anonymous port is chosen, as it was in older jonas versions.
