problem in using enhydra enterprise

Hi, Am using enhydra 4.0.I have created one entity bean and other stateful session bean.Bean is called from a servlet.But the problem am facing is if more than one user request for the servlet then the complete process fails.There is no output from the servlet.I think servlet enging should handle multiple request.But its not happening.Do I have to do some configuration.   Thanks in advance Deepak
