Hi,

this error means that Joram has a problem with the Joram configuration file
a3servers.xml, the default one should be located in $JONAS_ROOT/config/ ...
May be you can check if a file server0.audit has been created where you
launched the server, and send us its content which should explain what problem
Joram encountered ...
