Jonas 2.3 brings all what it needs. Indeed, it's really as simple as copying
all files into C:\JONAS with the given structure, changing AUTOEXEC.BAT to
including
SET JONAS_ROOT=C:\JONAS
SET PATH=%PATH%;%JONAS_ROOT%\bin\nt
and rebooting.
Check if there are any mistyped names!
