This preprocessor has been done specially for JOnAS because no
existing preprocessor was simple enough to be used for this
purpose. THe main purpose of this tool is to manage the
#if and #ifdef statements. Efforts have been done to get rid
of it, but it still subsists some .jpp files in JOnAS.
Moreover, the idea of using a preprocessor on java code was
very criticized by the community, so we did not decide to
make publicity around this...
