I don't see why this would not work. Can you check with a Container Managed
entity bean ? Or can you isolate the problem and send us your sample ?
It seems that you create the transaction at beginning of doA() and that you
should see your modification done in doB, except if your entity bean does
not work properly.
BTW, which version of jonas do you use ?
