First, thanks a lot to Philippe who gave me very good indications.
Second, for Markus, please wait I think what's following will interest you
before you start a new build.xml !
Indeed, I've made a few mistakes on paths, and on externals Jars. It's now
corrected. Only servlet.jar is not provided but I've just seen on the Release
Notes that you have done it recently.
My documentation is completely updated and is simplier.
I've provided a JPP task to be directly compatible even if ... ( off topic !
). The source can be found at my JOnAS page :

There is still a problem on PropagationContext class. My error and my
solution is documented.
I've just get the more recent CVS version and followed my doc. It's working,
and it takes about 10 mn.
Now, I'm longing for viewing my build.xml in the CVS source tree ... So it
will take about 1m49s.
